What you'll do:
  • Actively participates in special projects or deliverables assigned by management to analyze project inventory to identify trends and provide suggested performance improvement measures and resolution steps
  • Identifies systemic issues impeding account resolution and recommends solutions for change
  • Suggests performance improvement measures and evaluates their effectiveness against pre-determined objectives
  • Exemplifies extensive knowledge of the hospital revenue cycle with specialization in hospital billing, follow-up, and the account resolution process to include, but not limited to: claims submission, acceptance, and adjudication, transaction reviews, adjustment posting, identification of patient responsibility, etc.
  • Possesses considerable leadership skills, fostering an atmosphere of trust; seeks diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation
  • Possesses ability to professionally communicate (in all forms) with payer and client resources such as: on-site visits, website, e-mail, telephone, customer service departments.
What you'll need:
  • Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree or higher in business related field, Healthcare Administration preferred; equivalent combination of education and/or work experience may be considered
  • Minimum Years of Experience: 3+ years in a hospital healthcare setting in an analysis capacity for accounts receivable management
  • Required experience with Excel and Pivot Tables
