Pay: $17-$18/hr (may consider increased pay for highly qualified candidates) Shift: Mon-Fri 8am-4pm (can be flexible) Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Answer all incoming telephone calls and respond to customer emails regarding order status. File invoices and orders, ensuring accurate record-keeping. Set up truck lines for pickups and coordinate with production personnel on casting changes. Enter data related to production and scrap, and generate purchase orders and quotes. Label shipping boxes and oversee shipping schedules while maintaining purchase records. Enhance product quality and ensure timely deliveries through vendor communication. Other Required Duties: Maintain a clean work area at the end of each shift, adhering to safety rules. Perform additional office duties as assigned to support team operations. Physical Environment/Working Conditions: Engage in various physical activities, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs. Communicate effectively through talking and hearing, and utilize reading and basic math skills. Work in a casual yet fast-paced office environment, requiring attention to detail. Requirements: High school diploma required; supplemental education preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and data entry. Demonstrate a pleasant and professional phone demeanor. Familiarity with various filing methods (alphabetical, numerical, etc.). Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required. Pay Details: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
