We are currently seeking an experienced Federal HR Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality Human Resources and Leadership services within an enterprise-wide Human Resources program operating in a classified environment. As a crucial member of our team, the HR Project Manager will work with multiple clients and consultants, providing specialized support services and ensuring the successful implementation of HR systems and solutions. Responsibilities: Provide specialized support services and delivery of Human Resources and Leadership services to consultants and clients. Understand and navigate multiple HR technology platforms and maintain knowledge of a large solution portfolio. Stay informed about industry best practices of HR systems and solutions. Obtain and adhere to changing project requirements. Produce accurate, edited work products. Implement pre-specified research or analysis plans. Ensure desired results by determining and implementing objectives and allocating appropriate resources. Provide regular detailed reporting to management and customers. Collaborate with the internal and external team in a timely and proactive manner. Produce Weekly Activity Reports (WAR). Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or relevant experience. Minimum 5 years of HR business management experience, with familiarity with Government policies and procedures preferred. Solid MS Office skills. Desired Qualifications: 7 years of HR business management experience on an enterprise-wide contract. Experience with MS Project and MS Visio. PMP certification.
