We are currently seeking to fill a Product Training Content Specialist position in our Fort Mill, SC location. Reporting directly to the Director of National Product Management, this is a fulltime position with hybrid work (3 days in office) availability.

With an enthusiasm for professional development, the Product Training Content Specialist will be part of a collaborative team enabling our frontline colleagues to succeed in their day-to-day activities with our customers and partners. As key part of the NA Product Management team, this position will support our North American sales organization with development of both commercial sales and technical training content for existing and new product launches. In this role, you will have a focus on Region North America and work closely with key market stakeholders - such as, Sales teams, Sales managers, Product Managers, the Deployment and Training Manager and Training Academy Sales Managers.

More specifically, you will:

  • Collaborate with the local and global organization on a holistic approach to create, manage, coordinate, update, innovate and support product training across the organization.
  • Develop and/or validate accuracy, use and effectiveness of product technical and commercial training material for North America.
  • Assess and suggest budgetary needs for training roadmaps and monitor adherence to annual budgets as activities are executed.
  • Develop content for a variety of training materials including e-learning video (storyline scripts, learning journeys, exercises, and visuals), classroom training Powerpoint presentations, etc.
  • Contribute with both commercial sales and technical product knowledge and insights to support product development for new product launches.
  • Handover commercial and technical training content to internal trainers.
  • Assist in the proofreading, accuracy and language translation of content.
  • Coordinate the research, development, execution and maintenance of Continuing Education Units (CEU) Architectural presentations and other sales presentations. This includes research and close collaboration with the product managers and sales managers for alignment on content, learning objectives, format and overall messaging.
  • Work closely with Technical product experience team for next level installer / product communication that is integrated into our technical product training content.
  • Content collaborator across the organization (Sales, Comex, Reg Bus Dev) partnering to co-create and deliver best-in-class training materials for installers, dealers, employees
Monthly Salary Range: $5850 - $7315

Qualifications:

•Bachelor's degree in a business-oriented topic is required.

•Exceptional communication skills and experience creating impactful presentations.

•Minimum of 3 years previous experience in an industry similar to ours in a training curriculum development or technical products role, preferred.

•A strong commercial mindset and understanding of the elements of product marketing.

•Experience with Microsoft Office tools is required, high proficiency in Powerpoint is crucial

•Willing to travel around 20-30 days per year

•Ability to speak and write English at a professional level is required. Ability to speak and/or read Spanish is a plus.
