SCHEDULE:20 hours per week2:30pm-11pm with every 4th weekend 10:45pm 6:45amLOCATION:759 Chestnut Street Floor 1 Springfield, MA RESPONSIBILITIES: Baystate Health's Patient Service Representatives perform a variety of different tasks throughout the day. This includes greeting patients, check in and check out and requesting copays.
