(Essential)

Provide daily assistance and support to assembly processes Assist in analyzing product designs for the best fit method of manufacturing Specify tools, equipment and process to produce a part and assemble an engine Document and evaluate process while identifying improvements Assist in developing statistically based manufacturing control strategies Prepares requests for quotes & conducts line-ups with prospective suppliers Solve problems related to assembly process, tooling and equipment Provides technical support to maintenance operations, manufacturing, and other functional groups on request. Performs special projects as may be required. Submits progress reports that detail project progress in terms of time schedule and budget performance. Promote a compliance culture in area of responsibility and live the letter and the spirit of the Rolls Royce Code of Conduct. Perform special projects as required
