Join the company that customers have depended on for over 110 years, with newly added sign-on and monthly bonuses What We Offer $18.69 - $24.96 per hour, depending on experience 1st shift: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM On-the-job training Health benefits, including telehealth medical services 401k Opportunity for advancement Unlimited referral bonuses What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED 3+ years of experience in material handling or warehouse operation Basic knowledge of warehouse operations, manufacturing and production processes, material flow strategies, and quality control Knowledge of basic SAP software capabilities and functions (preferred) Great interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication, with the ability to work effectively with others on the team Basic reading, writing, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and math skills Basic knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and the ability to use relevant information and sound judgment to determine whether events or processes comply with laws, regulations, or standards Basic computer skills, with the ability to efficiently operate computer systems and scanning devices Ability to obtain appropriate power vehicle license(s) (Reach Truck, Hi-Lo, Order Picker, Scissor Lift) when needed (preferred) Ability to work any shift and overtime as required Knowledge of MTU products, policies, and procedures What You'll Do as a Material Handler Perform SAP transactions per function area per work instructions Utilize radio frequency (RF) scanning equipment to complete material movements, perform cycle counts, and ship engines Prepare, package/repackage, and supply materials to MTU America operations Read and interpret standard work instructions and operational documents, and reports Inspect and maintain equipment logs as required Perform all aspects of the shipping and receiving of materials and finished goods, including production materials, non-production materials, and completed engines Position and align components within the warehouse and operations Regularly inform management of progress, developments, and pending problems Identify and reduce non-value-added work Maintain clean and orderly work areas and comply with safety regulations Perform special projects as requested to maintain on-the-job flexibility Perform other tasks as assigned
