Business Applications Manager

for a manufacturer located in the

Jim Thorpe, PA area.

The

Business Applications Manager

will be responsible for business process design, frameworks, and interfaces application, analysis, and recommendations.

Responsibilities: Maintaining application portfolio and solutions Completing business and technical requirements analysis and translation Documenting solution architecture design and analysis Determining solutions drivers change requirements Preparing business requirements changes for applications Assisting with application design Monitoring current-state solution portfolio and identifying deficiencies Analyzing market trends, competitors, and technology industry Evaluating and selecting software services and product standards

Skills/Competencies: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline 5+ years business application or solutions maintenance experience, including middleware, database management, clod development, or technical or infrastructure architecture Knowledge of various and diver processing environments, platforms, and technologies Solid understanding of emerging technology trends and application of existing and emerging technologies Ability to deliver executive level presentations Strong communication skills Through knowledge of various database technologies, budgeting, and project management
