As a
Identity Services Specialist/ Azure AD
will Independently performs day to day operation of identity and directory services technologies in support of enterprise identity, authentication, and authorization services (such as Microsoft AD,Identity Federation,PKI,MFA).
What You'll Be Doing
Supports team efforts to implement ongoing improvements to identity and authentication capabilities and infrastructure configurations.
Supports business and technology initiatives that require assistance from the identity services team.
Maintain familiarity with our Client security standards and ensure that technologies are implemented to support those standards.
Communicate any identified gaps to peers and management promptly.
Stay abreast of changes in the threat landscape by following industry experts, publications, news feeds, and threat intelligence sources.
Identify ways for our Client to incorporate this information into ongoing security practices.
Consistently communicates and works effectively as a team within security infrastructure services and other groups to accomplish goals & objectives.
Maintains clear, concise, and accurate documentation for processes and configurations.
Location and Travel Details
This is a remote position with occasional travel.
Profile of Success
Minimum of 3 years experience in systems/security engineering.
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
The ideal candidate will use previous information assurance exposure to assist with cloud system certification and accreditation activities.
Experience with operational activities, including monitoring ticket queues, responding to incident tickets received from the service desk, processing change requests, and resolving technology issues. These day-to-day support activities could include:
Setting up users with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
Troubleshooting access to Password Management application.
Account issues vary from restoring accounts to fixing issues with Single Sign On (SSO).
Troubleshooting Active Directory Domain Services.
Troubleshooting Active Directory Federation Services.
Troubleshooting Active Directory Certificate Services.
Experience with Azure AD B2C, Setup/Configuration/Customization with Azure On Prim and Cloud infrastructuresfor PaaS, IaaS, ext
Expert in Identity Federation and, specifically, the setup/configuration/customization of Azure AD B2C as a platform supporting a series of micro-frontends.
Working with custom flows, user authorization, AD Guest Accounts, and Federation Trusts will be required.
Experience with Azure Identity management capabilities.
Provide security monitoring, alerts, and reports.
Azure role-based access control (Azure RBAC).
Desirable Skills
Current CompTIA Security+ Certification or the ability to obtain CompTIA
Security+ Certification while employed with AIS.
Microsoft's currentcertifications for Identity and Access Management are highly desired.
Desire to obtain or utilize technical certifications as part of continuous professional growth.
