About the Company: The client attached to this opportunity originally started off as a small renewables division within a large-scale industrial redevelopment company. As this division grew and they gained capital, they have been able to expand their capabilities into what they are today - 5+ GW of solar and wind projects in development and 1 GW of BESS across the U.S. They are in need of an experienced solar development leader to continue growing their business (with the help of the development and finance teams).

Experience Needed: Experience with site selection - brown and greenfield development Land lease acquisition Managing permitting activities Managing contract negotiations Managing the interconnection process - including collaborating with internal stakeholders Ability to travel up to 50% (average will be 15-25%)

Comp and Benefits: Competitive base salary range - average $180k 30% bonus Medical, dental, vision 401k up to 4% match And more
