What youll do:
We are seeking a Purchasing Specialist. This position aims to provide Aquafinity with the highest level of performance in purchasing, procurement, and logistics of equipment delivery.

Responsibilities:
Review inventory levels and order as required.
Adjust Min Max levels based on historical records.
Maintain and update inventory records.
Develop and implement efficient inventory management procedures.
Review and apply inventory activities, including movements and deletions.
Reconcile inventory discrepancies.
Prepare a list of depleted products and a survey of unusable products.
Report any stock issues to management and place product orders as necessary.
Confirm delivery date, quantity ordered, and prices are correct.
Obtain price quotes from multiple suppliers.
Maintain procurement records.
Quality control of goods or services.
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers.
Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers.
Negotiate terms and conditions, including pricing and delivery schedules.
Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions.
Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
Coordinate with external offices to understand their purchasing needs.
Analyze market trends and conditions to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Implement strategies to reduce procurement costs while maintaining quality.
Conduct cost analysis and report on spending trends.
Ensure that all procured products and services meet the companys quality standards.
Resolve any issues or discrepancies with suppliers promptly.
Conduct regular evaluations and audits of supplier performance.
Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities.
Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, supplier performance and cost
savings.


Qualifications:
2-4 years of inventory/purchasing experience.
Computer skills, Word Excel, Mac OS.
Ability to work well with others.
Excellent math skills.
Ability to multitask.
Must be Detail Oriented
Good communication skills.
