Responsibilities

•Contact clients for concerns or complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and monitor the situation to make sure the issue is resolved
•Validate client insurance coverage and present policyholders with proof of insurance documents
•Answer incoming call center questions about insurance policies and insurance coverage issues, as well as consumer complaints and general inquiries
•Keep track of all customer inquiries and follow up to verify that all questions are answered regarding customer policies

Qualifications

•Strong work ethic may substitute for experience
•Active listening skills required
•Strong communication skills desired
•Previous customer service experience is a plus
