Performs routine business analysis using various techniques, e.g. statistical analysis, explanatory and predictive modeling, data mining. Researches best practives and supports developing the solutions and recommendations for the current business operations. May work with the internal or external client to identify analytical requirements. May provide business data interpertation. Additionally, may assist in deveoping or implementing systems to capture business operation information.
The Master Data Management (MDM) Analyst will create, implement train, and maintain the MDM process for our Athens facility. This role will optimize system capabilities and ensure data flow efficiently between users and stakeholders. This role will leverage best practices from our other facilities in MDM processes and procedures. This role will trouble shoot issues related to MDM and identify opportunities to improve the data management process.
Key Responsibilities
● Identify the necessary attributes for MDM at the part level.
● Perform data analysis on existing part level data to identify gaps and errors.
● Establish a Salesforce workflow and MDM process to capture the attributes from the multiple teams .
● Create a plan for updating existing parts with the missing attributes.
● Own the MDM process for new parts and part revisions.
Required Qualifications
● Minimum 3-5 years of experience in MDM including best practices.
● Minimum Associates degree in Supply Chain, Business, or IT related fields
● Expertise in documenting and implementing data business process.
● Experience documenting and validating business requirements.
● Experience with business ERP systems, preferably JDE.
Preferred Qualifications
● Strong business acumen with data management data management background.
● Fluency with process documentation tools such as Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
● Presentation skills and comfortable to drive business process interviews with senior stakeholders.
