Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage roadway design projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, planners, and stakeholders to deliver innovative and efficient roadway solutions.
  • Conduct thorough project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize project outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee project documentation, including contracts, progress reports, and technical specifications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in roadway design, including at least 2 years in a project management role.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
