Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled CADD Technician to join our team at Toole Design. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality construction documents for transportation projects using CADD software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and draft construction documents for transportation projects, including roadways, trails, and multimodal infrastructure
  • Collaborate with designers and engineers to apply industry best practices and produce accurate and consistent deliverables
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CADD software, including MicroStation and AutoCAD
  • Develop and implement efficient workflows and processes to improve productivity and quality
  • Provide technical support and training to staff on CADD software and best practices
Requirements
  • Associate degree or certification in CADD Technology, Engineering Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience using CADD software for civil or roadway drafting
  • Strong knowledge of CADD software, including MicroStation and AutoCAD
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
