Regulatory Project Manager Company: Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc. (SGA) a women?owned technology and resource solutions provider. Location: Lower Manhattan, NYC (Hybrid Wednesday & Thursday in?office). Assignment: Contract. Overview SGA is seeking a Regulatory Project Manager to work on a large?scale initiative concerning Scotia's Cash Management and Deposits with a premier financial services client. The role will involve high visibility and collaboration with numerous stakeholders. Responsibilities Develop, track and manage project budget, plans, timelines, and scope. Manage project resources including procuring staff and coaching teams. Partner with functional teams to define business requirements. Lead development teams to deliver high?quality software solutions. Define test plans and ensure defect?free products before UAT. Facilitate UAT process, develop rollout plans and procedures. Prepare and present cost?benefit analyses. Ensure appropriate systems development and project management processes are utilized. Make presentations to steering committees or project sponsors. Communicate with project team and vendors. Required Skills 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager working closely with business partners. 5+ years of experience working with senior stakeholders and presenting to leadership. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst. Previous experience with testing (UAT). 5+ years of experience using MS Project. Demonstrated flexibility/adaptability and ability to manage competing priorities. Great communication skills; regular internal and external communication. Proven ability to quickly learn business processes and work with partners at multiple levels. Preferred Skills Prior Cap Markets knowledge. Prior experience with Wire Payments and Deposits. Previous FI experience.
