You will deliver a variety of massage techniques tailored to individual needs, enhancing relaxation and well-being. If you have a passion for wellness and enjoy helping others on their journey to better health, this is a wonderful opportunity to join our team in a serene and rejuvenating environment.Job Description:Provide various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and other specialized modalities based on guest preferences and health conditions.Assess guest needs and customize treatments to deliver a superior wellness experience.Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, including treatment rooms and massage equipment.Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ensuring client confidentiality and comfort throughout the session.Collaborate with other spa staff to provide a seamless and relaxing experience for guests.Recommend appropriate spa services and retail products to enhance the guest's wellness journey.Stay updated on the latest massage techniques and wellness trends to offer cutting-edge treatments.Education/Formal Training:High school diploma or equivalent required.State licensure in massage therapy required.Experience:2+ years of experience as a licensed massage therapist, preferably in a resort or spa environment.Knowledge/Skills:Proficiency in a variety of massage modalities and a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology.Strong communication and customer service skills.Ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.Must be able to travel to The Springs Resort & Spa.
