This Safety Rep position is a combination of field safety and safety training.

Duties to include, but not limited to:

• Conduct field location visits, interact with employees, conduct Rig inspections.

• Conduct classroom training during New Hire Orientation, Rig Pass content.

• Participate in monthly safety meetings to employees.

• Monitor and ensure compliance with some web based HSE specific programs and systems.

• Support operations by distributing safety equipment.

• Assist in maintaining course documentation and personnel safety files.

• Produce reports as necessary.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications -

• High school Diploma or equivalent

• 2 years workover rig familiarity and/or industry experience

• Certified trainer in any applicable programs, CPR/AED, H2S, etc. preferred but not required.

• Interpersonal skills and verbal / written English communication skills, bi-lingual in Spanish with the same.

• Intermediate Computer skills, specifically with PC software, Windows and Microsoft Office programs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.

• This position requires standing, walking, and sitting while working either indoors or outdoors.

Local to Andrews, TX or surrounding areas to be "local" employee
