Business Operations Manager

We are seeking a meticulous and motivated Business Operations Manager to elevate our collaborative relationships and business operations strategies. This person will play a pivotal role in managing the relationships between Voltera’s Real Estate, Site Development, and Sales teams on a week-to-week basis. They will also drive the organization toward actionable decisions and ensure seamless communication, coordination, optimization, and strategy execution to support our overarching goals.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Act as the primary liaison to facilitate effective communication and collaboration between the Real Estate, Site Development, and Sales teams.

Coordinate weekly meetings and status updates to ensure alignment on project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for the working team up through our board of directors.

Analyze data and key performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within business operations.

Develop and implement strategies to optimize processes, systems, and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and address bottlenecks or challenges and proactively determine and implement solutions.

Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance, support, and expertise in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and alignment with our board of directors and capital partners.

Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key insights, findings, and recommendations for strategy execution at the macro and micro levels.

Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and remain ahead of the curve.

Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks and deliverables.

Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

MUST-HAVE:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or related field.

5+ years of experience in business operations and project management.

Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience leading cross-functional teams, driving initiatives, and implementing process improvements.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, conduct root cause analysis, and develop and implement actionable insights.

Familiarity with systems, tools, and technologies used in business operations, such as CRM software (Salesforce), project management tools (Asana, Procore), and data analytics platforms (PowerBI, Tableau).

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.

NICE-TO-HAVE:

Related role in the renewable energy, infrastructure, or automotive industry.

LOCATION:

Arlington, VA or Denver, CO (Hybrid - 3 days per week in office)

Compensation ($100,000 to $125,000): Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Our total compensation package includes the base salary and competitive benefits.
