Responsibilities

As a People Analytics Intern, you will play a pivotal role in driving HR analytics and reporting initiatives across all lines of business and corporate functions in General Office. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the development of automated predictive analytics and systematic reporting processes, providing actionable insights to company leaders. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and HR business partners, ensuring alignment with company priorities and facilitating data-driven decision-making. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in workforce analytics while contributing to the company's strategic objectives.

  1. Assist in gathering and organizing data from various sources, including HR systems, surveys, and performance evaluations.
  2. Clean and prepare data for analysis, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  3. Conduct statistical analysis and data mining to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to employee performance, turnover, and engagement.
  4. Collaborate with HR business partners to develop and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for evaluating workforce effectiveness.
  5. Support the design and implementation of surveys and assessments to measure employee satisfaction, engagement, and organizational culture.
  6. Prepare visualizations, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  7. Assist in conducting ad-hoc analysis and research projects as needed to support strategic HR initiatives.
  8. Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in people analytics and HR technology.


Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and data visualization (proficiency in tools such as Excel, R, Python, SQL and PowerBI).
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
  • Solid understanding of HR concepts and principles, with a passion for applying analytics to solve real-world business challenges.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive projects forward in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior internship or coursework in HR analytics, organizational psychology, or data analysis is a plus.
