Are you looking for a call center position with a company that has opportunity for growth? The customer service representative will deliver outstanding service to our customers, maintain and manage the database, and troubleshoot issues with fitness equipment.

Highlights:
- TTH
- $18/hr
- 8 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday
- Cottage Grove, WI

Responsibilities:
- Accurately document call information in computer systems
- Utilize systems in order to troubleshoot issues and problem solve
- Fulfill customer needs to satisfaction
- Promote a positive team atmosphere with co-workers
- Maintain and manage customer database

Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of call center experience in a call center environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
