Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, providing information about our products and services, and ensuring that every interaction leaves our customers satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds as required.
  • Maintain a positive, professional, and friendly demeanor in all customer interactions.
  • Update customer records in the company's CRM system and track inquiries and issues.
  • Follow up on customer concerns to ensure they are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Provide product and service recommendations based on customer preferences and needs.
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing, data entry, and report generation.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate support.
Qualifications:
