Job Summary: An Automotive Sales Manager is primarily responsible for supervising and motivating salespeople, as well as promoting and encouraging strategies to sell cars and other vehicles. If you are willing to go above and beyond and are committed to delivering exceptional customer service, submit your resume.Sales Manager Compensation and Benefits:Competitive PayFlexible Working HoursHealth InsurancePTO401(K)Compensation: $ - $Sales Manager Responsibilities: Hire, train, and manage a team of automotive salespeopleCoach salespeople on best practices for closing deals and provide guidance to improve sales performanceSet sales goals, track progress, and manage team to achieve and exceed those quotasAssist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responsesExplain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customersDescribe all optional equipment/products available for customer purchasePerform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehiclesLearn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standardsProvide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing dealsSales Manager Requirements:Previous dealership and management experience a huge plusLeadership skills with a passion for training fellow employeesEnthusiasm with high energy throughout the sales workdayGoal-oriented, friendly personality, especially when negotiating pricingAttention to detail and problem-solving capabilitiesQuality customer service, communication, computer and basic math skillsClean driving record & valid driver's licenseWe are an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
