Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and dedicated Contracts Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our local customer team, providing contract expertise and support. Key responsibilities include managing and resolving contract issues on a daily basis, such as contract change management, and supporting local level bids and proposals. This individual will serve as the first point of escalation for any customer purchase order or contractual issues. The Contracts Administrator will ensure that commercial/contractual correspondence files are maintained and will contribute to internal reporting requirements. The role also involves supporting project/program review structures, reviewing Customer MRP, and managing opportunities to improve the business case. The candidate will adhere to all program management and commercial standards and policies in accordance with the company's Program Management framework and contribute to process development.
