Brief Description

Position Summary :

The Sales Enablement Coordinator will support the sales function by interfacing with operations and transportation units. A Primary responsibility will be the routing of customers in the Baltimore/Washington DC region. As Baldor begins to embrace Dynamic Routing, it is imperative that we build out solid data in Microsoft Dynamic 365 to enable us to route dynamically. This role reinforces bridges that will connect the sales team with logistics and operations to improve on time delivery metrics, create better communication and use of resources through the Baltimore/Washington DC Transportation team. This individual will embrace and learn the Ortec System, use customer service skills to review, update and add to the current customer routing information to ensure accuracy and continuity. This is a dynamic role and will involve many different work assignments that will support the customer experience.

Essential Functions:

Participate in training on Ortec the System.
Take customer orders and trouble shoot customer inquiries and problems.
Participate in ISR Training and be a well-rounded and contributing member to the sales organization.
Develop tools to better manage information from Ortec.
Manage Zen Desk to insure proper Order Flow.
Manage Phone calls to seek elevated level of Customer Service.
Engage and Support Customer Service Team.
Mange inbound New Accounts and Communicate Routing Effectively with Sales/Customer.
Monitor and Coordinate with Trans/Sales Manager Strength and Weakness in Routes to Optimize Efficiencies.
Update and Manage Old data to include, addresses, geo-codes, and time windows.
Continue to grow and learn Ortec.
Learn to Manage Large Data Portal for Driver Route Incentive.

Requirements:

Associate degree preferred.
Minimum 2 years of Customer Service and Support experience.
Previous experience in the Hospitality industry is a plus. In the absence of Hospitality experience, previous Customer Service experience will be critical.
Previous experience with Zendesk is a plus.
A love for food and the desire and willingness to learn about Baldors product catalog.
Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written along with excellent listening skills.
Must be proficient in MS Office.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Extreme attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Must be highly motivated and have a positive attitude.
Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
