Position Overview: The Financial Customer Service Representative will handle incoming phone calls regarding service inquiries on company accounts. This role requires a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, consistently meeting key department performance metrics. The successful candidate will support areas including the company's Cash Management products and services, Online client website, Mobile app, and general account or financial-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Support:

    • Handle incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries on company accounts.
    • Respond to calls with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
    • Provide support for the company's Cash Management products and services, Online client website, and Mobile app.
  • Service Excellence:

    • Consistently meet key department performance metrics.
    • Demonstrate a commitment to World-Class Service.
    • Maintain a professional demeanor and provide exceptional customer service.
salary: $21.99 - $22 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities
  • Client Support Service Professionals handle incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries on comanpy's accounts.
  • Calls will need to respond with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, while consistently meeting key department performance metrics.
  • Functional support areas include company's Cash Management products and services, company's Online (client website) and Mobile app, and general account or financial related inquiries.
  • Successful applicants will be highly professional, career driven, and committed to World-Class Service.
