**Line Cook Responsibilities:**

* Prepares all food for patrons following standard recipes, portion controls, and presentation specs

* Maintains sanitary workstation

* Restocks kitchen as needed

* Assist with food prep and inventory

* Opens and closes kitchen following standard specifications set by management

**Line Cook Qualifications:**
