In this role, you will be responsible for transcribing and annotating speech data, playing a crucial part in improving the quality and accuracy of audio experiences. Key Responsibilities Transcription & Annotation: Provide hands-on transcription and annotation services for speech data. Guideline Implementation: Translate established guidelines into daily work practices to ensure consistent and high-quality outputs. Collaboration: Work closely with management on workload scheduling and deliverables. API Familiarity: Understand basic concepts of APIs and apply common sense logic in the annotation process. Data Evaluation: Annotate ground truth data and identify bucket failures in evaluation datasets. Basic Qualifications 2+ years of relevant experience High School diploma or GED required. Proficient in English Must be familiar with APIs in general Ability to read off a script Comfortable with computer literacy and typing speed of 50 wpm. Experience working with technical teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in speech transcription or annotation is highly desirable.
