Employee parking is onsite.ResponsibilitiesDietary Assistants may help in the following areas:Perform a variety of tasks necessary to assist in the care and maintenance of the work area, equipment and supplies including removing recyclables, transporting food items to respective storage areas, cleaning kitchen equipment as scheduledPerform various tasks necessary to assist cooks with the preparation of scheduled meals including making salads and other food items as directed by the cook, assist in serving meals in a tasteful and attractive manner, ensures that, after the meal, all food is cleared and properly storedCarry out functions necessary to maintain the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen. Perform and document cleaning duties as scheduled. Perform other cleaning duties such as scraping, scouring, washing and rinsing of pots, pans, utensils and equipment. Sweeps and wet mops the kitchen floor.
