We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our marketing team to be a key player in driving qualified traffic to the SCUF Gaming website. This role is pivotal in driving our digital marketing efforts across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and SEO web content. We are looking for a candidate who combines a passion for gaming with a proven track record in digital marketing. The ideal individual should be a creative problem solver and possess the ability to implement innovative digital marketing strategies based on data-driven insights. A deep understanding of the gaming community and active participation in gaming forums or communities will be a significant advantage.

Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:

Design and oversee acquisition campaigns on ad platforms including Meta, Google Ads, TikTok & YouTube, aiming to boost revenue and optimize to a ROAS target.

Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance, utilizing data-driven insights and strategic quantitative analysis to continually refine and optimize results, and deliver reporting to Performance Marketing Director.

Diagnose marketing performance challenges and identify their root causes through detailed analytics, leveraging tools like Google Analytics for in-depth understanding.

Optimize & troubleshoot ecommerce product feeds for social commerce platforms with web development team and 3rd party feed management vendor.

Work with web development team to execute technical SEO strategies to enhance organic reach and engagement.

Plan and execute A/B testing strategies across various marketing channels to continually improve campaign performance and customer engagement. Your goal is to find the perfect ad creative through measured & consistent testing.

Manage content pipeline with influencers and content creators to be used for unique SEO content and paid ad creative.

Work with others in the Marketing, Creative, Ecommerce teams (and other supporting teams) to launch campaigns and optimize end-to-end funnel conversion.

Essential Skills and Experience:

3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with a D2C company that sells a niche product.

Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to use data to drive strategic decisions.

In-depth experience with SEO, content creation, and digital advertising platforms.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with an ability to work collaboratively across various departments.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and CRM systems.

Demonstrated project management skills with an ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Passion for gaming and a good understanding of the gaming community and trends.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
