Job DescriptionWe're looking for a Social Media Specialist to drive engagement and brand awareness through our Texas Children's People social media channels. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to showcasing our people and employer brand while attracting top talent. Job Responsibilities: Manage and grow Texas Children's People social media channels, focusing on showcasing our people, recruitment marketing, and employer brand. Develop and implement strategic plans to increase engagement, attract talent, and promote the employer brand. Create and curate engaging content that highlights our employees and their impact with our patients and families and their collaborative team spirit. Search and find compelling people-related stories around our organization and craft engaging narratives for social media. Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing and branding goals. Monitor and analyze social media performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results. Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to ensure our channels remain relevant and effective. Launch Texas Children's People TikTok.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on employer branding or recruitment marketing preferred. Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling content. Experience with social media management tools and analytics. Proficiency in Canva for developing engaging social media posts. Experience with Adobe preferred. Knowledge of recruitment marketing is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Ready to Be The Difference?
