What will you do?Monitor and report key quality metrics for product linesManage quality-related production line disruption and alertsExecute root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for product and process defects including customer complaintsLead PFMEA activities for product lines and ensure Process Control Plans are appliedLead and participate in continuous improvement activities such as 5S, SPS, Kaizen, and Six Sigma projectsLead implementation of new digital quality toolsAssist in maintaining and improving a quality system based on ISO9000 standards and conduct internal auditsWhat qualifications will make you successful?Bachelor's Degree in Engineering requiredStrong quality, industrial and/or manufacturing engineering backgroundExperience with 8D problem solving methodology and tool utilization (5 Why, fishbone/Ishikawa, etc.)Application of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma techniques, statistical methodsExperience with 5S, Kaizen, PFMEA, Control Plans, and process flow mappingExperience with process auditing and knowledge of ISO standardsWhat's in it for me?
