**As a Process Engineering Manager, You Create Chemistry By...**

+ Leading a team of process and operations engineers to support the manufacturing of Chemical Catalysts and Zeolites.

+ Maintaining the current successful team culture while focusing on the retention and development of your engineering team.

+ Driving the introduction of new products and product transfers to the Seneca site and drive key improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency on current products.

+ Ensuring implementation of current and develop new process safety concepts to eliminate serious process safety hazards, including owning and managing all Process Hazard Analyses and Clean Sheet Reviews and leading or supporting the Management of Change Process (MOC).

+ Interacting with many different departments in BASF around the world, such as R&D, Operations, Business, Supply Chain, and Engineering, and know how to pull resources when needed.

+ Leading process innovation to develop the technologies of the future that provide competitive advantages for the business.

+ Bachelors degree in Engineering

+ Experience in Catalyst or Zeolite Manufacturing and directly managing teams with solid leadership culture.
