Wij zijn op zoek naar een Technische Azure DevOps Engineer met specialisatie Security.

Opdrachtbeschrijving Meewerken aan het ontwerpen en inrichten van een geheel nieuw op Azure gebaseerd Data & Analytics platform voor de Douane organisatie. Waarbij gaande het traject kennis en ervaring wordt opgebouwd door medewerkers van IBS Douane. De doelstelling is dat Douane op termijn het data platform zelfstandig kan gebruiken, beheren en doorontwikkelen. Meewerken aan de ‘Infrastructure as Code’ ontwikkeling en inrichting van de data platform infrastructuur, met een specialisatie op security gebied, zoals:

implementeren van Azure policies, implementeren van security groups, toekennen van RBAC rollen aan security groups, implementeren van managed identity’s, implementeren van security logging & monitoring, inclusief alerting, realisatie encryption-at-rest en encryption-in-flight, liefst ook ervaring met Attack en Penetration testen.

Opstellen, vastleggen en uitdragen van ‘Infrastructure as Code’ design principes en documentatie van de gerealiseerde data platform inrichting. Het beheren van het data platform en ondersteunen van de gebruikers zoals data engineers en data scientists. Uitvoeren van en ondersteunen bij het analyseren en oplossen van incidenten en problemen in de ontwikkel-, test- en productieomgeving van het data platform. Vastleggen van werkwijzen in patterns, recipes, FAQs en HowTo’s. Opzetten en geven van trainingen met betrekking tot beheer en gebruik van de beschikbare omgevingen en pipelines binnen het data platform. Borging van de genoemde werkzaamheden binnen de voortbrenging van Douane. Door de samenwerking met meerdere teams in Nederland wordt er op meerdere locaties in Nederland gewerkt, waaronder Apeldoorn en Utrecht. De voertaal is Nederlands. Gedeeltelijk thuiswerken is in overleg mogelijk. Achtergrond opdracht De afdeling integrated business services Douane (IBS-Douane) werkt dagelijks aan het aanpassen en ontwikkelen van geautomatiseerde systemen, zodat de Douane aan de Nederlandse en EU-wetgeving kan blijven voldoen. We ondersteunen bij de handhaving van invoerrechten en accijnzen, dragen bij aan het toezicht door de Douane en zorgen voor de digitalisering van de communicatie tussen Douane en bedrijven. IBS-Douane levert de ICT voor de Nederlandse Douane systemen waar ongeveer één derde van alle EU invoer/uitvoer van goederen doorheen gaat. In de komende jaren gaat dit in volume omhoog, als gevolg van de nieuwe Europese Douane wetgeving en het succes van e-commerce. Waardoor het nóg belangrijker wordt dat de Douane systemen hoog-beschikbaar blijven. Valt een Douane systeem stil, dan heeft dat namelijk onmiddellijke impact op het bedrijfsleven omdat logistieke processen zoals invoer, uitvoer en doorvoer een real-time karakter hebben. Daarom wordt hard gewerkt aan het verhogen van de beschikbaarheid en de verwerkingscapaciteit van zowel de hosting infrastructuur als de Douane applicaties. Om ons werk zo goed mogelijk te kunnen doen, wordt gebruik gemaakt van Agile principes en Scrum. De voortbrenging van de applicaties van de Douane is georganiseerd in drie procesketens met ca. 25 agile ontwikkelteams. TTO is geen regulier scrumteam, maar een vorm van een system team. TTO ondersteunt de ontwikkelteams om op de juiste manier gebruik te maken van de technologie. Uiteraard is goede technische kennis daarbij onmisbaar, maar ook samenwerken en effectieve communicatie zijn essentieel. Dus het is wenselijk dat jij kunt levelen met zowel de meer technische collega’s als met de collega’s die vooral functionele kennis hebben van Douane bedrijfsprocessen. De infrastructuur waarop de Douane applicaties gehost is, wordt geleverd door het organisatieonderdeel DataCenter Services (DCS). Kennis van Agile, SAFe, DevOps werken. Minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau. Het inrichten en beheren van geautomatiseerde CI/CD pipelines binnen Azure DevOps. Kennis van databeveiliging en netwerken binnen Azure. Azure infrastructuur templates (Bicep, ARM) voor de implementatie/deployment van Azure resources. Voor het realiseren van koppelingen met het bestaande Douane IT landschap is kennis van en ervaring met mainframe omgevingen een pré. Samenwerken, resultaat- en oplossingsgerichte instelling. Communicatie (luisteren / uitleggen) & presentatie (overtuigingskracht / impact). De IV-organisatie van de Belastingdienst is verantwoordelijk voor en verzorgt de ICT-voorzieningen. Het merendeel van de applicaties wordt op dit moment door de IV-organisatie zelf ontwikkeld, onderhouden en beheerd in het eigen data center. Naast de zorg voor continuïteit op de massale heffing-en inningsprocessen die plaatsvinden binnen een degelijke, stabiele omgeving, wordt er tevens volop gewerkt aan modernisering van het IV-landschap. Dit gebeurt deels intern door gebruik te maken van de expertise die intern aanwezig is, maar ook door het aantrekken van (kant-en-klaar) oplossingen en expertise uit de markt. #J-18808-Ljbffr
