Other duties may also be assigned by the leadership team.Schedule: 9:00am - 5:30pm ESTRequired Qualifications+ Certified/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law+ Minimum of 3 years of experience as a pharmacy technician+ 3 years of experience with Medicare Advantage+ Demonstrated excellence in communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing+ Ability to apply basic computer skills.+ Ability to work independently to solve problems and complete referrals in a timely manner+ Collaborate with other members of the care team to support the holistic needs of the beneficiary+ Ability to adapt and change with workflow and shifting priorities+ You must have a direct/hardwired internet connection to a modem/router within 10 feet of your computer and a minimum download speed of 25 mbs download and 3 mbs upload. WiFi and satellite are not permitted.+ A secure and private home workspace free from distractions is required.Preferred Qualifications+ National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or ExCPT)+ Prior experience in pharmacy call center or patient outreach+ Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Teams.+ Previous experience with Epic or other EMR systemsEducationVerifiable High School Diploma or equivalentPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$18.50 - $37.02This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
