Join to apply for the Project Manager role at Exeter Government Services, LLC Job Description: Oversee a distributed team providing IT infrastructure support, software sustainment, intelligence analysis, and related services to Air Force, Army, and DoD customers across global sites. The Customer focus is primarily with Air Force Air Combat Command (ACC) organizations at Joint Base Langley Eustis (JBLE), Virginia. The PM will review and edit deliverable documents, ensure performance metrics are met, and manage staffing processes for new positions and vacancies. Assist with proposal-related activities as needed. Active DoD Top Secret clearance required. Required Qualifications: Independent thinking and decision-making skills with successful remote work experience as a PM on multiple DoD IT tasks. Knowledge of current ACC IT programs, systems, and organizational structures/processes. Existing professional relationships with USAF ACC government stakeholders and contractor companies. Understanding of DoD IT architecture, policies, and procedures. Experience with IT Project Management processes in a DoD environment, including industry standards such as PMI's PMBOK, ISO 9001/CMMI, and IT Service delivery quality processes. Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with positive interactions with employees, contractors, and government clients, including executives and technical experts. Proficiency in managing IT project artifacts using Microsoft Project. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Ability to work locally in the JBLE area with occasional travel within CONUS (5-10%). Experience supporting DoD IT/C4ISR proposal generation. Desired Qualifications: USAF veteran with active duty IT/C4ISR experience. Masters Degree in Management or IT-related field. DoD 8570 IAT-II/IAM-I certification. Education & Experience: Bachelors Degree in IT/Management or related discipline. Minimum 10 years of DoD IT/C4ISR experience, including at least 3 years as a DoD PM supporting multiple concurrent/distributed programs. At least 2 years supporting Air Force ACC organizations at JBLE. At least 2 years supporting U.S. Army organizations. Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI.
