North America Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Seeking a highly organized and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Early in Career team. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment and hiring process by assisting with candidate application management, data integrity and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the success of our talent acquisition initiatives.

Responsibilities:
•Assist with administrative tasks in pulling resume bundles and assessment scores to identify qualified candidates to hiring managers.
•Assist in the preparation of requisitions and job postings, meeting tight timelines.
•Manage and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information and to track the progress of recruitment efforts.
•Ensure a positive candidate and business experience by providing timely communication, answering candidate inquiries, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
•Support the onboarding process for hires, monitoring timely completion of pre-employment requirements.
•Assist in maintaining recruitment metrics and generating reports to evaluate and improve recruitment processes and strategies.
•Facilitate organized support for diversity conferences and campus events.

Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Human Services, or a related field.
•Previous experience in talent acquisition or HR coordination preferred.
•Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR tools.
•Prior work experience in Microsoft Office, Workday, SalesForce, and Handshake is highly preferred.
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
•Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
•Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
•Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
•Proactive and resourceful problem-solving skills, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
