Exciting Opportunity: Talent Acquisition Coordinator for Early in Career
XYZ Company is currently looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Early in Career team.

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will have a key role in supporting the recruitment and hiring process by managing candidate applications, ensuring data accuracy, and enhancing the overall candidate journey.

Your meticulous attention to detail, exceptional communication abilities, and capability to thrive in a dynamic setting will significantly impact our talent acquisition strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support various administrative duties such as selecting qualified candidates for hiring managers.
  • Aid in creating requisitions and posting job listings within specified deadlines.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to guarantee precise candidate information.
  • Provide efficient communication with candidates, address inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Assist in the onboarding process and monitor compliance with pre-employment requirements.
  • Manage recruitment data and generate reports to optimize recruitment processes.
  • Coordinate logistics for diversity events and campus functions.
  • Contribute actively to the team's success.

Requirements:

  • Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Prior experience in talent acquisition or HR coordination is desired.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Workday, and other HR platforms.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and manage multiple assignments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • High accuracy in data entry, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, taking ownership of tasks with a proactive approach.
