As Content Specialist, youll put your writing skills to work. Were looking for someone to research, outline, write, and edit high-performing marketing content for our clients. The individual will serve as an expert within our team, by supporting and contributing to key client relationships. Youre an interpreter and a storyteller of our clients what and why. Youll gain a deep understanding and appreciation for each unique brand. Content marketers and writers with agency or in-house experience are encouraged to apply.

About You

Were looking for a confident and creative writer, thinker, and communicator, and a team player who inspires everyone around them. Given were in the business of communications, strong written and verbal skills are a must. You may be right for the job if you are:

An outstanding writer with sharp editorial instincts and copywriting proficiency
Bring a minimum of 4+ years of relevant B2B content (marketing writing) experience with exposure to healthcare, finance, and/or technology
Self-motivated, highly organized, and incredibly dependable
Able to meet deadlines and seamlessly balance multiple projects
A natural collaborator and enjoy a diversity of tasks
Some who thrives in an agency setting (read: embrace new ideas, fast-pace, and change)
Excel at managing projects, relationships, timelines, and strategy
Adept in a full, tech-enabled agency (Slack, Monday, Box, Zoom, Outlook, Harvest)

What Youll Be Working On

At Hencove, youll contribute across an array of industries and domains. Colleagues will look to you for your niche experience in content development and marketing writing. You will collaborate with colleagues to get the job done, and youll play a significant role in doing so.

Content

Writing (70%)
Research, write, and edit content across the marketing stack, for an array of audiences, topics, styles, and channels including blogs, social posts, websites, whitepapers, case studies, and more

Content Strategy (20%)
Ideating, building, and executing on strategic content plans to ensure that the answer to why is just as sound as the what and how

Project Management & Collaboration (10%)
Assist colleagues on larger projects, including brand development, websites, and collateral
Active use of software (Monday.com) to manage project workflow, deliverables, and internal communication between teams
