PACT Industrial Engineer (d/m/w) POAZ31

Aufgabenprofil:

Der Stelleninhaber (d/m/w) ist zuständig für die folgenden Aufgaben:

Erarbeiten von zeitwirtschaftlichen Grundlagen / Kalkulationsgrundlagen (Planzeit- und Prozessbausteinerstellung)

Durchführung von Datenanalysen, Arbeitsablaufstudien, Zeitaufnahmen zur Datenpflege

Erstellung von Produktkalkulationen für den Montagebereich Festlegen und Vereinbaren von technischen und organisatorischen Maßnahmen zur Neugestaltung und Verbesserung von Arbeitssystemen und ihrer Durchführung

Gestaltung und Optimierung von Prozessabläufen (Arbeitsplatzgestaltung, Arbeitsablaufgestaltung, Ergonomie, Materialfluss)

Schnittstelle im Rahmen der Prämienentlohnung zwischen produktioben Abteilungen und Betriebsrat

Erstellung und und Koordinierung von Spezifikationen für externe Dienstleister

Administration TiCon (Berechtigungen, Massenläufe)

Unterweisung von Mitarbeitern in MTM-UAS und TiCon

Persönliche Anforderungen: gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um den Informationsfluss sicherzustellen

die Fähigkeit, sich in ein Team zu integrieren

Zuverlässigkeit und eine qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise

IT: MS-Office mind. detaill. Spezialkenntnisser

Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch mind. verhandlungssicher Englisch mind. verhandlungssicher

Berufsausbildung:

MTM-Ausbildung (MTM1 / UAS / MTM-Praktiker)

Studium:

Dipl. Ingenieur / Techniker / Meister oder auf anderem Weg erworbene, gleichwertige Qualifikation

Weitere Qualifikationen:

Erweiterte REFA-Kenntnisse TiCon-Kenntnisse Grundlagenkenntnisse im Projektmanagement
