I am currently seeking a talented Engineer to join my client's team within the construction industry in Mississippi. This role will be pivotal in contributing to our ongoing projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.


🔧 Position: Project Engineer/Manager

📍 Location: Jackson, Mississippi

🏭 Industry: Concrete Manufacturing/Construction


Responsibilities:

✅ Contribute to various construction projects, utilizing your engineering expertise to ensure successful execution.

✅ Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including architects, project managers, and construction crews to achieve project objectives.

✅ Assist in the development and review of project plans, specifications, and designs to meet client requirements.

✅ Conduct on-site inspections and assessments to monitor progress, identify issues, and propose solutions as needed.

✅ Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards throughout all project phases.

✅ Utilize engineering software and tools to analyze data, create reports, and support decision-making processes.

✅ Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and maintain positive relationships.

✅ Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by sharing insights, implementing best practices, and participating in professional development opportunities.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience working within the construction industry, with knowledge of construction methods, materials, and practices.
  • Proficiency in engineering software and tools relevant to construction projects.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to solve complex problems.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
