They are seeking an Associate Account Director/Account Director to support the day-to-day of their new piece of business in the commercial space. If you're interested in joining an exciting team of communication professionals, apply below Responsibilities: Guide and oversee Account Managers and their growing teams. Be able to provide knowledge and approachable leadership to drive success across relevant accounts. Lead client meetings and create alignment between company goals, standards, and expectations. Oversee any business development and ensure that client relationships are being maintained up to company standards. Collaborate with senior management to deliver and effectively communicate productivity expectations, and strategy goals across teams. Requirements: 4-6 years of medical communications experience. Working on promotional medical education is required. Strong client relationship skills is ideal. Candidates must reside on the West Coast.
