**Optimum RV, a growing full-service RV Dealer, is seeking an entry-level RV Sales Representative.**

Position Summary:

Were looking for results-driven RV Sales Associates to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. Qualified candidates will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability. This is a full-time salary position, and the successful candidate should be able to work flexible hours. We offer excellent pay and benefits with earnings up to $120,000 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Managing customer acquisition and retention by driving sales with a high level of customer service.

* Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

* Adjust content of sales presentations by determining needs of the customer.

* Reach out to customer leads and provide consistent follow-up.

* Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize customer satisfaction.

* Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

* Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.

* Analyze the territory/markets potential, track sales and status reports.

Experience Required:

* Sales experience is a plus, but not required

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

* Knowledge of MS Office

* Familiarity with BRM/CRM practices

* Highly motivated and target driven

* Excellent communication

* Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

* Relationship management skills

* Openness to feedback and growth
