EPIC Team Lead

Job Description Job Summary: The Epic Team Lead is responsible for leading and supervising a team of warehouse associates and ensuring the effective functioning of robotic automation systems within the warehouse environment. This role involves managing inventory, coordinating with other departments, and optimizing workflows to achieve operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Co-lead a team of warehouse associates in daily operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping. Manage inventory levels and accuracy, conducting regular audits Train and onboard new team members on warehouse processes, safety protocols, and robotic system operations. Implement and enforce safety guidelines and best practices to maintain a safe working environment. Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement continuous process enhancements. Foster a positive and productive work culture, promoting teamwork, accountability, and high performance among team members. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including management, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Qualifications and Skills: 1 yr. Warehouse Experience, Preferred Demonstrates Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills Able to Operate Computerized Scanning Equipment and PC Based Programs Oversee and Support 25-30 workers Ability to Stand 8 to 10 Hours per Day Ability to Lift Up to 25lbs Frequently May be Expected to Lift and Reach Able to Understand and Follow Verbal and Written Instructions with Minimal Supervision Able to Multitask Must be Able to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment Must be Able to Work Flexible and Overtime, as Needed May be Expected to Walk Up to 10 Miles Daily May be Expected to work on the night shift.
