Wells and Wells Construction is a nationally recognized General Contractor with over 30 years of experience. Founded as a local Contractor, we have expanded our operations to deliver projects in both small and large markets across several states. Our client-centered philosophy is led by President Daniel Wells, and we value our relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and design professionals. Our growth is primarily attributed to repeated business and negotiated contracts, which reflect the respect we have earned in the industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities
- Set project timeline
- Monitor project deliverables
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
- Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Previous experience with commercial and multi-family general contracting firm
- Minimum 10 years of relevant construction experience
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Project Manager
