The Project Manager is responsible and accountable for:
The Project Manager position is the primary internal support position of the Porter Custom division of Litania Sports Group. A Project Manager is required to be skilled in a wide variety of areas and works closely with Custom dealers. The main responsibility is managing projects through the design, manufacturing, and installation process. Refined skills relating to internal sales support and technical support are necessary for success. The position will require acquiring detailed knowledge of the entire Porter product line, both custom and stock.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or technical degree with project management experience or equivalent professional experience
- Experience with CAD systems preferred but not required
- Experience working with blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate both orally and in writing
- Willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges
- Detail oriented and able to guide oneself with little or no supervision to complete multiple tasks on deadline
- Reliable, responsible, and dependable at fulfilling obligations
- Ability to assist in conflict resolution with customers
- Ability to work in a drug free work place

Essential responsibilities:

- Coordinate with customers, design team, manufacturing, and shipping teams on custom projects
- Review field checks and construction plans for submittals
- Troubleshoot equipment installation issues
- Handle installation questions
- Address material shortages
- Coordinate necessary changes
- Assist with custom order administrative questions and issues
- Serve as point of contact for Porter order entry, processing, and order status
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) entry and processing for Porter products
- Evaluate warranty claims and coordinate solutions
- Support dealers with pre-project sales support when necessary
- Ability and willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time, including overnight stays as needed
