Assembly Technician Location:Fayetteville, AR 72704 Company:Maynard Inc Pay:$24.00 $28.00 per hour, dependent on merit and productivity Schedule:Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM 2:30 PM (flexible), with overtime available Job Description Maynard Incorporated is seeking a diligent, detail-oriented, and skilled Assembly Technician to join our dynamic team in Fayetteville, AR. As a key contributor to our manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for producing high-quality assemblies by following detailed instructions, maintaining precision, and using pneumatic tooling. Previous assembly experience is required for this position. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills through cross-training and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team that takes pride in craftsmanship and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Assemble parts and components according to blueprints, specifications, and work instructions Set up and operate pneumatic tools safely and effectively Ensure accuracy using calipers, scales, and other measuring devices Complete all required documentation and paperwork accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Report equipment malfunctions and assist in tool upkeep Collaborate with team members and support cross-training efforts Knowledge and Qualifications Ability to read and interpret blueprints, safety rules, and procedural documents Strong math skills, including fractions, decimals, and basic arithmetic Proficient in following verbal, written, and diagram-based instructions Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality Previous assembly or mechanical experience required Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Engaging, hands-on work with daily challenges and variety Family-owned, team-oriented culture focused on mutual success Competitive health, dental, and vision insurance PTO available after a 60-day introductory period, with increases based on tenure A workplace culture driven by work ethic, continuous improvement, and results Apply today and build a rewarding career with Maynard Incwhere your skills and commitment make a lasting impact.
