Job Description:

POSITION SUMMARY

Assist sites with inventories; Maintain equipment transfer and process flow; Handle credits as needed; Handle process for lost/damaged equipment; Update job knowledge as needed; Contributes to team effort.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•Assist company sites with equipment/product inventories such as tracking and recording per company policies and procedures; confer with the site personnel to ensure accuracy; maintain and monitor equipment transfers and process flow through current system used; handle customer/vendor credits as needed with proper justification.

•Execute management of several projects contemporaneously, providing spreadsheet status reports to the customer.

•Meet frequently with both customers and on-site technicians to maintain customer satisfaction and deliver quality service.

•Updates job knowledge by participating in required training; attend training sessions to maintain current knowledge; pursuing development opportunities, striving to continuously build knowledge and skills.

•Accomplish company and organizational mission by contributing to team effort and handling other duties as assigned assisting in the overall success of the company.

QUALIFICATIONS

•Must provide excellent customer service and phone skills including the ability to address customer needs effectively.

•Competently analyzes data and prioritizes information to make appropriate recommendations.

•Must have good computer skills, experience with Microsoft Excel/Word.

•Exhibits the ability to interact effectively with various types of people.

•Must have a good work ethic and detail-oriented; must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

•Ability to problem solve; meet deadlines and set priorities while working independently.

•Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

•Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management, Supply Chain, or related fields.

•Ability to manage projects from conception to completion, providing documentation throughout the process.

•Ability to read and interpret documents such as rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.

•Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

•Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
