Reporting: Prepare and distribute regular lease administration reports, including lease abstracts, occupancy, and financial performance reports. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field. 3+ years of experience in commercial lease administration, property management, or real estate finance. Proficiency in lease management software and Microsoft Office suite. Strong understanding of commercial lease terms, financial concepts, and legal documentation. Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Detail-oriented with a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving. Self Starter
