Job Description

As an HR Business Partner, you will be a part of our dynamic and growing Human Resource team and will be eligible for full benefits, 401K match and our Tuition Reimbursement Program.

The HR Business Partner, you are responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in a designated division. The HRBP serves as a consultant to management on human resources-related issues. The successful HRBP will act as an employee champion and change agent. The HRBP assesses and anticipates HR-related needs in the field. Communicating needs proactively with our HR department and business management, the HRBP seeks to develop integrated solutions. The HRBP formulate partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its midrange plans, its culture, and its competition.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field and (4) years human resources related experience.
  • Strong business judgment and strategic orientation, particularly in linking HR with business strategies and goals.
  • Experience supporting multi-unit retail and/or restaurant industries.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and facilitation skills.
  • Must have the ability to work with all levels of employees.
  • Experience with Microsoft products including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently solve problems and make decisions.
  • Able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the US if hired.
